Booking Procedure:

Please complete the Booking Form, making sure that all the details are correct, sign and return together with your deposit in pounds sterling. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your remittance. Please advise us as soon as possible if you do not intend to confirm your reservation. Your holiday Booking Confirmation, Invoice for the balance and refundable Security Deposit will be posted to you by Return. Your remittance for the balance and security deposit is payable at least 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General conditions to be read in conjunction with the note on the Gite(s) details.

• No pets of any kind without prior agreement with the proprietors.
• Lettings are from 4.30pm Saturday to 10.00am Saturday.
• The rental assumes that our guests will ensure that the Gite(s) are kept, and maintained spotlessly clean, and certainly not less than the condition to which they arrived.
• A Security Deposit of £100.00 is payable with the Balance, and will be refunded in full by cheque posted within 10 days of your departure, provided; the Gite(s) are vacated clean, to the satisfaction of the proprietor and the inventory is complete. The cost of making good or cleaning will be deducted from the security Deposit and the balance refunded as above. Making good will be charged at £7 per hour, plus any costs for replacements and materials.
• The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any bookings for any reason whatsoever, and to refuse entry to any person.
• Our guests agree not to act in any way, which could cause danger to themselves or others, or cause any disturbance.
• Use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at the users risk and the proprietors will not be liable for any injury or inconvenience, or loss or damage to belongings, including any vehicle or its contents.
• A contract shall have come into effect upon receipt (receipt being the clearance of the cheque) of the Rental Deposit and provided the accommodation is then all-available. Any alterations to the details after booking may attract an administration fee of £10.
